Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and unused within 14 days of the date you received the item(s). Please note refunds are issued for unused and resellable goods. Goods used, handled or where packaging is damaged may not be eligible for a refund. Where a refund is due, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s), less the shipping/postage charge (the original cost of our shipping/posting goods out to you.) In the event that you receive goods that are damaged or are faulty, we will refund the total amount of your order including the shipping/postage originally charged.

Ummahlife Ltd will not refund custom charges applied to us on returned orders.

When mailing your return please obtain a proof, a ‘Certificate of posting’ freely given on request
at all post offices. Please note we cannot pay for any postage costs

We cannot accept returns of opened items, items returned more than 14 days after delivery, items that are not in their original packaging and condition. Faulty items must be reported immediately and returned within 14 days.  Please keep all packaging until you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

All playnetics products come with a one year manufacturers warranty. Please keep your invoice as proof of purchase and warranty. Please keep the packaging.

To return an item(s), please contact us at sales@ummahlife.co.uk for a Return Goods Authorisation Number (RGA). Without this number, we are not able to process your returned item(s).
